Every Sunday (and an occasional Monday or Thursday) was Flag Day for the Green Bay Packers last season. The Packers were penalized a league-high 118 times last season — the second-most in franchise history. That after a second-most 110 accepted penalties in 2008 and a fourth-most 113 in 2007.
