The Vikings' dependence on Percy Harvin was evident before and after his injury. The playing percentages and production before and after his injury show there was only one beneficiary in his absence.

Whether it was before or after the ankle injury to Percy Harvin, the Vikings have had a heavy dependence on that position while the other receivers have been relatively non-existent. Harvin is something on an anomaly in the NFL – he isn't a player who is on the field all the time, but was as impactful as any receiver in the league when he is.
