PACKER REPORT PREDICTION (7-1): The Packers, who haven't been a home underdog since facing Dallas with a 4-4 record and two-game losing streak in 2009, are dogs against the Eagles due to Aaron Rodgers' broken collarbone. The quarterbacks are the big question today. Can Seneca Wallace, with a week's worth of reps to get him ready and a game plan tailored to his strengths, help the Packers earn a key victory after a miserable performance against the Bears? And who is Nick Foles? Is he the quarterback who threw seven touchdown passes against downtrodden Oakland? Or is he the quarterback who completed 11-of-29 passes in his previous start, a 17-3 home loss to Dallas? What is obvious is the Packers' defense needs to rise to the occasion after failing to do so last week and the special teams must continue to produce to keep Green Bay in advantageous field position. Here's the big concern: Opposing offenses have chewed up the Packers' defense in hurry-up situations this season, and the Eagles will be in hurry-up mode for 60 minutes. EAGLES 30, PACKERS 20.
