Report Card: Jets 3 Ravens 19 Final

Rex Ryan | New York Jets

Find out how Rex Ryan and crew scored on The Jets Beat's Weekly Report Card.

Pass offense:

Nine completions, 122 yards and three turnovers, need I say more? Geno Smith's rookie campaign just hit a new low and his future under center could be in serious jeopardy.

Grade:

Rush offense:

102 yards on 28 carries might not seem too shabby, but the Jets were largely ineffective on the ground and couldn't sustain drives against a stout Ravens' defensive front.

Grade:

Pass Defense:

The Jets' secondary let up yet another deep bomb in Week 12 and teams continue to throw over their heads. Once the strength of the team, New York's pass defense as been its Achilles heel in 2013.

Grade:

Rush defense

The Jets front seven looked every bit like the best run defense in the league limiting Ray Rice to 30 yards on 16 carries and Baltimore to just 67 total yards on the ground.

Grade:

Special teams:

Jacoby Jones tallied 108 yards on five punt returns and helped the Ravens dominate the field position battle in a game where points came at a premium.

Coaching:

Rex Ryan is now 0-2 returning to his old stomping grounds in Baltimore and New York's head man refused to take the training wheels off Geno Smith and the offense leading to a lopsided loss on Sunday.
