NFL Draft Report Dream Team: Bortles

The NFL's longtime head scout, Dave-Te' Thomas, leads off his Dream Team with Central Florida quarterback Blake Bortles. Thomas goes far deeper than any draft analyst around, breaking down Bortles' game in 14 phases and comparing him to an established star.
