2013 SEASON

Clinton-Dix earned first-team All-American honors from the Football Writers Association of America and Sporting News…First-team All-Southeastern Conference choice by the league's coaches, adding second-team honors from the Associated Press…The playmaker in the back end of the Alabama defense, the junior started ten of the eleven games he appeared in, recording a career-high 52 tackles (30 solos) that included 3.5 stops for losses of 7 yards…Deflected four passes and intercepted two others for 24 yards in returns…Led a Crimson Tide secondary that ranked ninth nationally and second in the SEC in fewest pass yards allowed and 13th in pass efficiency defense…Was selected Alabama's Defensive Player of the Week four times (vs. Mississippi, Arkansas, Louisiana State and Mississippi State)…Made six tackles, including two solo stops, as the Tide limited Virginia Tech to 59 yards passing in 35-10 victory at the Georgia Dome…Notched six stops for the second straight game, as Alabama got out of College Station with a victory over Texas A&M, as he also had four solo tackles…Broke up two Bo Wallace passes and registered a team-high eight tackles in 25-0 shutout of Mississippi…Returned to action vs. Arkansas, making five tackles with two solo stops and his first interception of the year that he returned for eight yards to set up a Tide touchdown...Returned to the starting lineup vs. Tennessee and made two solo tackles…Collected five tackles with three solo stops and helped limited the vaunted LSU Tigers offense to 17 points and 284 yards, including only 43 yards rushing…Came up with his second interception of the season by stepping in front of a Bulldogs receiver in the end zone, returning it 16 yards, as he also broke up a pass and accounted for five tackles while holding Mississippi State to 197 total yards…Closed out his career with six tackles, including four solo stops that featured a pair of hits behind the line of scrimmage vs. Oklahoma in the Sugar Bowl.

2012 SEASON

Clinton-Dix earned third-team All-American and first-team All-SEC honors from The NFL Draft Report, as he led the conference with five interceptions and finished fifth in the league with 91 yards in returns…Appeared in all fourteen games, starting ten contests, as he posted 37 tackles (23 solos) with four pass deflections and a forced fumble…Made three tackles, including a solo stop in his first career start, vs. Michigan…Came off the bench to make four tackles (three solo) vs. Western Kentucky and intercepted a pass and returned it 46 yards while also forcing a fumble and totaling two tackles in his start during a shutout win at Arkansas….Registered his second interception of the season, with a return of 10 yards vs. Missouri…Totaled a season-high five tackles vs. Tennessee and had three solo stops as Tide limited Vols to 282 yards, more than 200 yards below their average entering the game….In the Texas A&M clash, the safety recorded four tackles with two solo stops, while making his seventh start of the year…Corralled his third interception of the season in 49-0 shutout of Auburn, adding pair of solo tackles….Had his second straight game with an interception, adding three solo tackles as he broke up another pass vs. Georgia, as he returned his interception 35 yards to set up an Alabama field goal, in a 32-28 SEC Championship Game victory….Finished second on the team with seven tackles, as he intercepted his fifth pass of the season and third in as many games vs. Notre Dame in the BCS Championship Game. Clinton-Dix also broke up a pass and recorded half of a tackle for loss.

2011 SEASON

Clinton-Dix was one of nine newcomers and seven true freshmen that earned playing time during their first year at Alabama...Finished with 11 tackles (5 solos) and two pass break-ups as a backup safety and key contributor on special teams…Made his debut vs. Kent State and assisted on one tackle on kickoff coverage vs. the Golden Flashes…In the Penn State game, he made a solo stop as a reserve safety vs. the Nittany Lions while also seeing action on special teams…Added two assisted tackles in the Tide's shutout win over North Texas, as he also broke up a pass.

INJURY REPORT
2013 Season…HaHa Clinton-Dixon suffered a torn meniscus in practice prior to the Iron Bowl vs. Auburn and underwent surgery on December 2nd to repair, but was back in the starting lineup for the January 2nd, 2014 Sugar Bowl.

HIGH SCHOOL
Clinton-Dix attended Edgewater (Fla.) High School as a freshman and sophomore, where he played running back…Before his junior season he transferred to Dr. Phillips High School (Orlando, Fla.)…It was at that school where he would earn All-All-American honors as a defensive back and kick returner…Rated the best safety in the nation according to Rivals.com and Scout.com, ranking second by ESPNU…During his junior campaign, Clinton-Dix recorded 93 tackles with six sacks, 13 stops-for- loss, nine pass breakups and three interceptions while causing three fumbles. He also averaged 20.3 yards per punt return and 74.5 yards on two kickoff returns with one touch-down…As a senior, he posted 112 tackles with four forced fumbles, two interceptions, six sacks and eight pass breakups while recording 10 tackles for loss…On offense in 2010, Clinton-Dix rushed the ball 23 times for 244 yards and three touchdowns, averaging 10.6 yards per carry. He caught five passes for 156 yards for a team-best 31.2 yards per catch average while returning eight punts for 199 yards (24.9 avg and 11 kickoffs for 291 yards (26.5 avg)…That performance saw the five-star recruit be listed as the top player in the state of Florida by Rivals.com, Scout.com and Super Prep…The consensus All-American was also named to the Orlando Sentinel's 2011 Central Florida Super 60, the Sentinel's Florida Top 100 and the Mobile Press-Register's Super Southeast 120 teams.
