Of the 12 quarterbacks I projected to be drafted, all but Delaware's Pat Devlin were selected during the 2011 draft. Tennessee, Jacksonville and Minnesota swung for the fences in the first round for three players that are either seeking employment elsewhere or on the verge of seeing their roster spot, much less their starting opportunities, all but disappear by the time 2014 training camp...
