The Packers announce their schedule for organized team activities, with four dates open to the fans. The first will be on Thursday, May 28.

Fans can get their first look at the new-and-(hopefully) improved Green Bay Packers on Thursday, May 28.

The Packers begin their four weeks of organized team activities with physicals, equipment checks and administrative duties on Tuesday, May 26. They hit the practice field the following day.

One practice each week will be open to reporters and, weather permitting, the fans. Those practices will be:

— Thursday, May 28.

— Wednesday, June 3.

— Wednesday, June 10.

— Wednesday, June 17.

On each of those dates, practice will be conducted at 11:15 a.m. on Clarke Hinkle Field.

The four weeks of OTAs will be capped by the team’s only mandatory minicamp, slated for Monday, June 22, through Wednesday, June 24. Practice times have not been set. Again, weather permitting, workouts will be conducted on Clarke Hinkle Field and open to fans.

Players report for training camp on Friday, July 31, with practice beginning on Saturday, Aug. 1. The training camp schedule will be announced early next month, according to the team.

The Family Night scrimmage will be played on Saturday, Aug. 8, with home preseason games the following two Saturday nights: Cleveland on Aug. 15 and Buffalo on Aug. 22.
