| Second consecutive Bears rookie to lead team in INTs with fie in 2004, the most by a Chicago rookie since Mark Carrier led the NFL with 10 in 1990. Led NFC and ranked 2nd in NFL wth 177 INT return yards, the third-highest single-season total in Bears history. Tied for fourth-most INTs by a rookie in franchise history and combined with Jerry Azumah to notch nine INTs, tied for 6th among NFC tandems. Combined INT total with Azumah was the most by two Bears since 1996 when CB Donnell Woolford (six) and SS Marty Carter (three) had nine and was the highest total by two Chicago CBs since 1992 when Woolford (seven) and Lemuel Stinson (two) also tallied nine picks. Contributed to Bears record-setting six defensive TDs with a 71-yard INT return TD, the longest by a Bear since 12/5/93. |
