2006: Signed a five-year, $10 million contract as an unrestricted free agent with the Packers on March 13, 2006. Deal includes $2 million in bonuses. ... Took over for Mark Roman at free safety. ... Finished fourth on the team with 103 tackles, four passes defensed and one 29-yard interception return for a touchdown against the Detroit Lions Sept. 24. ... All too often was out of position to make tackles or cover receivers, and the Packers often were burned by opponents for big plays. Lack of communication between him and other defensive backs haunted the Packers for most of the season.
2005: Took over as the starting free safety in Week 7 after Ken Hamlin's severe off-field head injury. ... Started 11 games in the regular season and tied for third on the team in tackles with 67. ... Had two passes defensed and recovered a fumble.
2004: Didn't start last year in his first season with the Seahawks, but he did play in 15 games on special teams and as an extra defensive back on passing downs. Contributed 10 tackles (seven solo) to the defense.
Could have trouble making the squad in 2005 as the Hawks have signed several safety and corner prospects during free agency.
2003: Followed up a surprising rookie season with Cincinnati, by starting one of 15 games, posting 11 tackles (nine solo) and one pass defense.
