2007:
Played in 14 regular season games and both playoff games, with 15 total starts. ... Sustained a fractured eye socket during an Oct. 7 game against Chicago and did not play the next week. ... Missed the following game Oct. 29 against Denver with pneumonia, and returned the following week against Kansas City. ... Only allowed a half sack, a year after he gave up none.

2006: Started all 16 games, after starting 10 between center (2 games) and left guard (8 games) in 2005. ... Didn't allow any sacks and had three penalties (two false starts and one holding)>

2005: Took over for ineffective Adrian Klemm and started final eight games at left guard. ... Also started two games at center for veteran Mike Flanagan (sports hernia). ... Committed six penalties (five holds and one false start).

2004: Played in five games overall with two starts. ... Filled in for Grey Ruegamer vs. Detroit (Dec. 12), making his first professional start in the 16-13 Packers victory. At Philadelphia (Dec. 5), saw his professional action at center, substituting for an injured Ruegamer. ... Waived in the final roster reduction Sept. 5 after losing his bid to supplant Ruegamer as the backup to then-starter Mike Flanagan, he was signed to the club's practice squad two days later. After three games on the practice squad, he was promoted the 53-man roster on Oct. 2 when Flanagan was placed on season-ending injured reserve due to surgery for knee tendinitis. ... Selected in the seventh round (251st overall) by the Packers in the 2004 NFL Draft.

College
Started in 49 straight games for the University of Tennessee, third-longest streak in college football history.
