College
Started all 44 games at Howard, leading the team all four seasons in tackles. A two-time finalist for the Buck Buchanan Award, given annually to the nation’s top Division I-AA defensive player, White twice earned Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference Defensive Player of the Year. In 2001, he earned the Black College Defensive Player of the Year. And, after his senior season, White was the only Division I-AA player in the East-West Shrine Game.
High school
A linebacker and kicker in high school, he also wrestled and threw the shot put and discus for his track team.
