| Johnson was the first of the Packers' two fifth-round draft picks. Regarded as the best lead blocker in the 2009 draft. Seldom touched the ball but has potential to develop into a short-yardage back (he had three TDs in 14 carries last season at LSU). Recruited to play linebacker, then spent three years at fullback, starting four games in 2007 and 10 in 2008. Johnson, who showed surprisingly good hands at OTAs, took the third-team reps behind the starter Korey Hall and backup John Kuhn during offseason practices.
