The Jaguars have been as busy as any team in the NFL scouting several positions in preparation for this month's draft. Jacksonville certainly isn't afraid to "uncover stones", as they've made high selections from little known football powerhouses such as Bethune-Cookman, William and Mary and Hampton, amongst others.
