Packers Stay on Right Side of Revolving Door

While playoff teams come and playoff teams go, Ted Thompson has kept the Packers on the right side of the equation. Hitting a home run with Aaron Rodgers obviously has helped the team stay on top, but that's not the only reason.

Getting to the top of the mountain is difficult. Staying on top of the mountain, of course, is even more difficult. It's also difficult to stay on that mountain's lower elevations.
